Decorating the Christmas Tree 2011

This year we decided that I would put the tree together and get the lights on and then as a family we would decorate it for family night. It was great and didn't take as long as it usually does.


Lizzy got her turn to put the star on the tree this year.





The kids were excited to put on the new ornament we got on our cruise earlier this year, it was the Freedom of the Seas Cruise Ship!

4th of July

We enjoyed spending the 4th with family! We are so blessed to live in this great country!

Conversation with Anna

On the way home from her last dance class Anna informed me that her teacher brought cookies for the class and that she ate 3. I said, "Anna that is way too much sugar and is not good for you and from now on you are only allowed to have one. You need to start making better choices now while you are young so that when you are an adult it will be easier and you will be healthy, happy, and feel good." Anna replied, "and if I don't will I have to go to Biggest Loser?"

Seth Gets braces

Seth got braces at the end of February and will have them for a year and a half. He wasn't too thrilled about the braces but he is getting used to it.

Sleepy time

Anna and Elizabeth share a room and a bed and we enjoy checking on the girl every night to see how they are sleeping!






Also here is the new bedspread for the girls room. Made with love from Grandma GG and myself.

Visit from Grandpa and Grandma

Grandma GG and Grandpa Roger stayed with us for a few days in February, we sure loved having them come.

Anna's Ponytails

Anna had cute ponytails when I sent her to school one day and this is what she looked like when she got home. Don't think I will be sending her to school in ponytails again until her hair gets longer!

This is how they look after a night of rest, looks like she slept pretty good!
